So... I was glad they offered a deferral option because that definitely helped, but not being able to get a refund was frustrating

"Decent event, but the aid stations could’ve been better"
I ran one of their events and it was mostly fine, but I do think the aid station setup was kind of on them. In a few stretches they felt far apart, especially for slower runners like me. There was water when I finally got to the stops, so it wasn’t a total issue, but an extra station or at least clearer signs ahead of time would’ve helped a lot. Not a bad event, just something they should probably tighten up.

"Fair prices for local races"
I signed up for a couple of races through atlantatrackclub.org, the prices felt reasonable compared to what I’ve seen for other local events.

Some races around here can get expensive really fast, so it was nice to find ones that were affordable enough that I could sign up kind of last minute without overthinking it, and the member discount made it feel even better because I wasn’t staring at the checkout page wondering if I should just skip it this time.

The site was simple enough to use, and I liked that the total was clear before I paid. No random surprise fees at the end, which I always appreciate.

"Worked out, but I stayed cautious"
I signed up for a race through the site and everything did go through in the end, so no major complaints. That said, a few pages were slow to load and some of the steps weren’t super clear, which made me double-check everything before submitting payment. I also saved the confirmation email just in case, and that came through fine. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I’d feel better if the process was a little smoother and clearer...

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with where I usually hear back within a day, it felt a bit slow. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a little frustrating waiting around for an answer...

"Totally worth it for local runners"
I joined Atlanta Track Club this year, it’s already felt worth it. The race discounts and early access add up faster than I expected, and the member events are a nice bonus if you run even just a little. I also like that it still feels local and easy to be part of, not overly complicated or corporate. Small personal win: I actually signed up for a race early instead of waiting until the last minute for once. Overall, really good value for what you get.

The post-race refreshments were actually solid. There was plenty of water, fruit, and little snacks waiting at the finish, which was a relief after running. The lines moved fast too, when you’re tired and sweaty, that matters. Some races make it feel like they didn’t really plan for hungry runners, but this one seemed to have it together.

"Great swag and an easy pickup"
I really liked the race swag from Atlanta Track Club. Compared to some other races I’ve done, the shirt actually fit well instead of feeling boxy or cheap, and the medal had a nice weight to it with a cool design. Packet pickup was super easy too. I’d definitely sign up for another race with them.

I went to pick up my race packet and was bracing myself for some annoying wait, because I really hate standing around in lines for stuff like this. But it ended up being way smoother than I expected. There were clear signs pointing where to go, the volunteers were friendly, and the line actually moved fast. I had my ID ready and was in and out in about 5 minutes. My shirt and bib were both correct too, no mixups or extra hassle. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely makes race day feel a lot less stressful. Nice job by Atlanta Track Club

"Great way to meet Atlanta runners"
Atlanta Track Club has been a solid way to get out and meet other runners around the city. The races and group runs usually have a welcoming vibe, not intimidating, just people showing up to run. I do wish some event info was easier to find, and responses can be a little slow sometimes — which gets frustrating when you’re trying to plan. But overall, I’ve had good experiences and it’s a nice community to be part of.

"Worked Out in the End, But Communication Was Vague"
I didn’t get the info until late, which was frustrating because they kept making vague promises like everything would be sent “soon.” That’s not super helpful when you’re trying to plan for race day. Thankfully, once the day arrived, things still worked out fine, but the lead-up could’ve been a lot clearer.

"Pretty close to my watch, thankfully"
I’ll give it this much: the results were actually close to what my watch showed. I’ve had plenty of stuff like this be way off, which is so frustrating, but this one at least seemed to line up well enough that I didn’t feel like I wasted my time.

"Really well organized race"
I ran one of their races and was impressed with how smoothly everything moved. The crowd flow was handled really well, with plenty of signs and volunteers keeping people on track. I never felt boxed in or lost, which made a big difference. Any confusion or crowding felt totally avoidable because they had things set up so well, and I felt safe the whole time.

The coaching has been good overall, and my runs feel way more manageable now. I’ll admit I felt a little distrustful after making the payment, just because I wasn’t sure what to expect or if it would actually be worth it. But so far, the guidance has been helpful and I’m noticing a real difference

I had a decent time watching the race overall. It was fun to spectate and the energy was good, but I’ll admit I have a basic standard for events like this: clear parking info and timely updates. Parking ended up being more confusing than it needed to be, and the updates felt a little slow. Still enjoyable, just could’ve been better organized

"Really good experience overall"
I have a selective memory when it comes to event days, so I usually forget the little stuff, but I definitely remember the Atlanta Track Club volunteers being great. Even when it got busy, they were easy to talk to, pointed me in the right direction, and answered all my random questions without making me feel like a hassle. The whole vibe stayed upbeat, which made the day feel way less stressful. I’d definitely do it again.

"Shuttle was helpful, but the parking process was frustrating"
The shuttle service was actually helpful once I got through everything, but parking took way longer than it should have. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure where to go or what to expect. A little better direction upfront would’ve made the whole experience much smoother
